In the agenda for the County Council meeting on January 6, 2026, item 9 A was “Discussion and Possible Approval of Amendment […] Agreement […] with Bonfire […] Allowing the Purchase of Materials Associated With the Construction Phase and Approve Low Level Design […]”.
The County Council approved the following motion unanimously.
I move that Council approve Amendment No.1 under General Services Agreement No. AGR24-46a with Bonfire Engineering & Construction LLC amending the contract to allow for the pre-purchase of construction materials and approve Low Level Design, including amending the schedule of construction drawings by construction phase.

- Slide 18, The 3 hubs will be in the White Rock Fire Station, the Municipal Building, and the Golf Course Basement.
